Click Submit or Reset Password.
An automated email containing a secure password reset link will be sent to you shortly. Click on that link to choose a new password and log back into your account.
Order and Purchases
You will know your order has been successfully placed through the following steps:
On-Screen Confirmation: As soon as you complete your payment at checkout, you will be redirected to an "Order Confirmation" page on our website showing your unique Order ID and a summary of your purchase.
Immediate Email Acknowledgement: You will receive an automated email from Kreative Arts acknowledging that we have received your order details and payment.
Official Confirmation & Dispatch: Once our team verifies stock availability and prepares your package, you will receive a secondary email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched. This email will include your tracking number from our logistics partners (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, or DTDC) so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
