• 2.4 Formation of Contract: Acceptance of your order and completion of the sales contract occur when your goods are officially dispatched from our facility. We will send a confirmation email once your items are on their way. We reserve the right to fulfill multiple orders separately.

3. Delivery

• 3.1 Domestic Partners & Timelines: Standard local deliveries generally take 2–3 business days, while national shipping takes 4–8 business days. Deliveries are handled via established domestic couriers, including but not limited to Delhivery, Speed Post, DTDC, and Bluedart.
• 3.2 Delivery Execution: A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a contact card to help you reschedule.
• 3.3 Peak Periods: Please note that delivery timelines may be extended during seasonal sales, promotional events, or due to unavoidable force majeure conditions.
• 3.4 Transfer of Risk: Responsibility and risk of loss or damage to the products pass to you upon successful delivery to your specified address.

• 4.2 Promotional Items: Purchases made using special promotional codes, end-of-season clearances, or structural discounts are considered final and are non-returnable.

5. Payments & Pricing

• 5.1 Currency: We accept payments in INR (Indian Rupees) for domestic orders and USD (United States Dollars) for international orders.
